After our beautiful sailing experience we went back to Lešić Dimitri Hotel to take a quick shower. From there, we went straight to an amazing place called Eko Skoj


Awaiting for us was: Diana! A former nurse who produces an award winning olive oil, plus all sorts of herbs and jams (and brandy fig sweets) which are carefully made and taken care of by her in the farm. We spent the afternoon the best way possible, tasting all products, and having a lovely lunch (even pasta was produced there) talking about everything from politics to travelling. 

Wine was again, amazing, and we also tried a few grapes and locally produced liquors, a mix of lovely herbs and flowers in the form of a rich drink. Time flew by so fast, next thing we know we have to head back to the hotel, where we'd be having a wine tasting experience followed by dinner, by the water, in this almost cinematographic scenario. 

Drazen, our sommelier, guided us through the tasting making sure to explain everything from it's origin (all wines were from Croatia) to the taste. It was an amazing experience that didn't get us ready at all to go back home the next day. 

5 am and we were in the ferry back to Split. From Split to Geneve and from Geneve to Lisboa.
